You upload a file, which will be upscaled to the resolution of your choice, either 1080p/2K or 2160p/4K.
A single order must be less than or exactly five minutes in length.
Multiple orders will increase the maximum video length limit.
Your video can also be interpolated, meaning that the framerate is procedurally increased, removing stuttering when objects move quickly or when the camera pans.
If your video was upscaled to 1080p, then the "HD Interpolation All" extra order is only needed once for any length of video.
If your video was upscaled to 4K, one "4K Interpolation 5min" extra order is needed per 5 minutes of footage.
The delivery time is 2 days, but will likely come sooner depending on the work queue.

I love old television series and movies. Sadly, most shows made before 2010 were limited to a low resolution, typically 480p. Ideally, the studio that made these would go back and rescan the original animation cel sheets or film negatives. Unfortunately, that won't always happen for one reason or another (usually when the original source files are lost).

What type of videos can be upscaled?
Animation, live action, and even gameplay footage can be upscaled with no problems. Mileage may vary if the source video is too compressed or grainy. If so, the footage will be cleaned up as much as possible.
What can the frame rate be increased to?
A 20-30fps (frames per second) video can be doubled to ~60fps. A 50-60fps video can be increased to ~144fps. The HD Interpolation extra covers both of these, but the 4K interpolation extra needs to be selected twice per 5 minutes if going from 30->144fps.
