1: Who is this service for?
A: This service is for Startups, SMEs, and emerging innovators handling personal data in their business operations & innovation (AI). If GDPR/UK DPA/EU AI Act applies to you, and you need practical assistance to meet compliance (not just theory), then we can work together.
2: How our initial consultation conversation will work?
Our 60-minute chat discussion (via Fiverr only) will focus on your one obligation per session. You can choose the starting point, or we can decide it together. But, no call-talks, please, because texts ensure more clarity & create a reference for later. I hope you agree
3: What if I need more ongoing support?
A: For extended support, you can book additional consultations (sessions) anytime. I offer discounted rates for ongoing engagements, which will apply from your second order onward. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your ongoing needs, and together we'll find the right solution.
4: What are your available consultation hours?
A: I am available daily 10AM-10PM IST (Till 5:30PM London/6:30PM Paris time). If that doesn't suit you? After placing your order, you can send me a maximum of 5 questions (on one topic) and I will send you a detailed 4-5 page reply within 24 hours addressing all your questions, in case we can't chat
5. What if I need more explanation after receiving the report?
A: While the report shall be comprehensive, you may request one follow-up clarification per order. Simply highlight the specific point needing expansion, and I'll provide additional explanation within 24 hours.
6. How does the Standard package work & what it includes?
A: We address one obligation at a time (e.g., Transparency), providing customised strategies for self-implementation (no hands-on support). Each order covers fundamental requirements for one obligation, with further refinements available at an additional service fee.
7. I am new to compliance - how do I implement your suggestions?
A: I offer initial hands-on remote support for you at an additional cost (but subject to my limitations & conditions). After receiving your roadmap, you can book my services to get assistance with applying solutions to your business operations and innovation. Select the PREMIUM package or chat.
8. How long does your support last?
A: To be honest, compliance is ongoing. The services I offer here are to help you initiate the process and demonstrate your commitment to meeting your regulatory obligations. Since this is your business and your innovation, I can only guide you along the path. You have to walk on it yourself.
9. Do we need third-party software for compliance?
A: Not necessarily. In the beginning, startups and small businesses can begin with basic, readily available tools (eg, Excel/Word). As you progress, we can discuss cost-effective third-party tools available in the market when appropriate for your needs.
10. What’s excluded from this service/gig?
A: This gig doesn’t include "indefinite support", "IT/technical work," "internal company audits," "certificates," or "DPO services". Do not send attachments or files for reference without an initial discussion. NO PHONE Chats for initial discussions, please. No middlemen, please do not contact me.
