Do you rebuild the same weekly or monthly ops report by hand? Export CSVs from your helpdesk, CRM or POS, paste them into Excel, fix the same problems every time?
I turn one recurring report into a refreshable file: save the new exports, click Refresh, review.
You get:
- An Excel Power Query file (or Power BI Desktop on Standard/Premium) that rebuilds your report from your exports
- A KPI dictionary: definition, formula, source column and owner for every KPI
- Standard/Premium: a data-quality checks tab for duplicates, missing periods, out-of-range values and unmapped categories
- Premium: an as-is and to-be map of your reporting process, plus a 1-page handover guide
How it works: you export the files, so I never need your logins. I use AI-assisted analysis, and I check every query, formula and number against your files myself before delivery.
Please note:
- One recurring report per order. No live connectors, Power BI Service publishing, VBA or macros
- Remove names, emails and other personal data before sending
- I delete my copies of your files 14 days after delivery
- If you need work done without AI tools, please message me before ordering

Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI to help draft queries and formulas, and I check every query, formula and number against your files myself before delivery. If you need work done without any AI tools, this gig is not the right fit: please message me before ordering so you don't pay for something you can't use.
Do you need access to my system
No. You export the files and send them here. I never ask for logins, passwords or API keys, and I do not connect to live systems.
What do I need to run the report?
For the Excel version, Excel with Power Query, then Data → Refresh All. For the Power BI version, Power BI Desktop, which is free and runs on Windows. Publishing to the Power BI Service and its licences are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A fix or adjustment inside your package: KPI wording, a formula, or the layout. More KPIs or files than your package includes, or a second report, is a new order.
