𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 I manage partner relationships and project development: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: I proactively contact sports clubs and teams to propose custom apparel collaborations or blank line solutions. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: I create tailored design boards featuring numbered mockups and technical specs to ensure the client’s design and color choices are accurately executed without errors. 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: I translate client feedback into quantitative data for the warehouse and sewing department, monitoring every stage of the workflow. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘆: I develop complex patterns using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I can identify every garment component (t-shirts, shorts, hoodies) both on-screen and in person, ensuring precise placement before assembly. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: I manage the workflow using ErgoSoft and Roland Plotters (nesting and color profiles). I personally supervise the calender (heat press) process and final quality control, including post-stitching thread trimming. 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: I utilize Premiere Pro, CapCut, and AI tools such as Midjourney and Gemini (Nano Banana) for rapid prototyping and content creation.
