What access will you need?
It depends on the issue. I may need access to Cloudflare, your domain registrar, hosting control panel, or server. Please do not send passwords in the initial message.
Can you guarantee the issue will be fixed?
Most configuration problems can be resolved, but the result depends on available access, the hosting environment, third-party services, and whether the problem involves custom code. I will explain what I find clearly.
How long do DNS changes take?
Many changes appear within minutes, but full DNS propagation can take longer and is outside anyone’s direct control.
Do you support websites that are not built with WordPress?
Yes. This Gig covers DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, domain, and hosting connection problems across most website platforms.
Do you fix email DNS records?
Yes. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and related email DNS records are available as a Gig extra or custom offer.
Do you clean hacked websites or remove malware?
Malware investigation and cleanup are not included in these packages. Please contact me for a separate assessment.
Can you migrate my complete website or server?
Full website, email, or server migrations require a custom offer based on the platform, data size, and downtime requirements.
