I build workflow automation for law firms, and I come at it from operations rather than from code. Eight years in operations and compliance, plus an active CompTIA Security plus certification. Almost nobody in automation has one. When a workflow touches privileged client material, where it runs matters as much as whether it works. I work in n8n.
