I provide 24/7 monitoring and support for Linux-based servers and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. My responsibilities include:

   Real-time monitoring using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, 

  Analyzing system logs and metrics to detect early signs of issues

   Proactive alert handling for CPU, memory, disk, and network usage thresholds

  Performing root cause analysis and resolving incidents (L2/L3)

   Automating health checks using Bash/Ansible scripts

   Monitoring system security and applying updates as needed

   Working in shifts or on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 uptime

  reparing monitoring reports and communicating incidents/escalations to stakeholders
