The system was built as an integrated digital solution covering key operational areas, including: Guest Booking & Reservation Management – Automated room booking, check-in/check-out processes, guest records, and reservation tracking Inventory Management System – Real-time monitoring of hotel supplies, stock control, and reporting Point of Sale (POS) System – Integrated billing system for restaurant, bar, and other hotel services Accounting & Financial Management – Expense tracking, revenue reporting, transaction management, and financial summaries The solution improved operational workflow, reduced manual errors, and provided centralized control over hotel activities, enabling management to make data-driven decisions.
