I will create an interactive building tour for presales, preleasing
Dayne L
Over deze dienst
I build walkable, interactive 3D tours of buildings that don't exist yet, so your buyers, tenants, board or community can explore the project in real time instead of flipping through a few fixed renderings.
I'm Dayne Littlewood, and I run DL Viz, a creative architectural visualization studio in Portland, Oregon. I work best with developers, builders, architects and leasing teams who have a great project that people can't walk through yet. You send plans or a model, and I turn them into a tour that's easy for anyone to open and use, and that gets updated as your design changes.
Have a larger site or a custom scope in mind? Message me before you order and I'll put together a custom offer.

I am a co-founder and design director with over 6 years of experience in architectural design, Revit/BIM documentation, and 3D visualization. I specialize in building asset packages; modeling, rendering, animation and interactive tours of spaces to help pre-sell projects. You might benefit from working with me if:
- You're pitching to investors, lenders, or a city planning board and need visuals that build confidence.
- You want to pre-sell or pre-lease units before you break ground.
- You want someone who speaks both design and construction, so you don't have to explain what a soffit is.

Veelgestelde vragen
What is an interactive tour?
A real-time 3D version of your project that you walk with a keyboard, mouse or controller, like a video game, instead of watching a fixed video.
What do I need to send?
Dimensioned plans and elevations or a usable 3D model. Sketches alone are fine for an early massing tour, but not for a finished look.
How do people open it?
The desktop version is a Windows app you double-click. Standard and Premium also include a web link for the hosting period (30, 60, 90 days depending on need). Every package includes a recorded video for anyone who can't run the app.
Does it need a powerful computer?
The desktop app runs best on a Windows laptop or PC with a dedicated graphics card. The web link and video work on almost anything.
Can you update the tour if my design changes?
Yes. Revisions in the package cover changes to finishes and layout within the agreed area. Bigger changes are quoted before I start.
Can I get still renderings too?
Yes, add hero stills from the tour scene as an extra. They match the tour exactly. Or you can grab screenshots from the animation.
What about a full building, multiple floors or VR?
Message me first. Larger Unreal tours are custom and usually start in the $10,000+ range.
What rights do I get?
You can use the tour, video and stills to market and present this project. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Where are you based?
Portland, Oregon, Pacific Time.
