• Supervise the commercial and operational administration of heavy equipment fleets supporting large scale gold mining operations with contract valuation at +/- Rp 4.5 trillion. • Perform monthly operational and commercial closing activities using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of operational and financial data. • Prepare, monitor, and analyze Revenue vs Cost reports to evaluate operational performance, identify cost variances, and improve profitability. • Develop and maintain monthly operating cost forecasts and commercial projections to support financial planning and management decision-making. • Monitor actual expenditures against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and recommendations for cost optimization. • Record, monitor, and analyze Fuel Burn Ratio (FBR) and fuel consumption to support operational efficiency and cost control. • Ensure Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) are processed in accordance with approved budgets, contractual entitlements, and company procurement procedures. • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operational support. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and commercial performance reports for management and clients. • Perform administrative and commercial activities related to fleet operations, including documentation, data management, and reporting. • Support business profitability through commercial analysis, cost control, forecasting, and continuous process improvement.
