I started working with Portland Express Shuttle from the very beginning of the website. I personally designed and structured the entire site from scratch, focusing heavily on local SEO, user experience, and conversions. As a result, we ranked #1 on Google Business Profile (GMB) for our primary keywords, and 52 service area pages are consistently ranking in positions 1–3 in Google SERPs. I wrote hyper-local content for every targeted city, expanded and optimized service pages, and continuously improved the overall site structure. Beyond the website, I actively manage local citations, map citations, Google Business Profile optimization, and review management to strengthen our presence in the Google Local Pack. I also implemented advanced local schema markup and optimized content for AI Overviews, while working to increase visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Grok, and other LLMs. The founder, Alan, has been extremely happy with the growth, rankings, and consistent lead generation results we’ve achieved.
