Coordinated simultaneous execution of two high-value luxury residences totaling ~$1.8M USD (~9,700 sq ft and ~3,400 sq ft of construction), managing continuous updates to construction drawings, real-time design-change coordination, and direct supervision of subcontractors and finish suppliers on-site. Led competitive bidding and multi-discipline contractor management across 12+ technical trades including plumbing, electrical, aluminum/glass facades, carpentry, metalwork, HVAC, pool systems, structured cabling, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and soft furnishings. Produced photorealistic renders for interior design decision-making covering finishes, custom furniture, lighting, and color palettes. Participated as lead draftsman on a landmark 10-story mixed-use hotel project (~28,500 sq ft plot, $63M+ USD investment), responsible for the XREF master plan — floor plans, elevations, and architectural sections — upon which all technical and construction drawings of the team depended. Co-developed a full design-to-permit package for a residential project (architecture, MEP, finishes, floor layouts, carpentry, facades, metalwork, landscaping, and renders), including building permit filing and client presentation for project sale.
