I recommend our standard 15$ gig. Why? It covers all basic functions of a website and it's tested on both desktop and mobile - since those are the 2 main platforms users use today.
What is SUS scale?
System Usability Scale (SUS) is 10 questions questionnaire that evaluates overall website usability. Every question has 5 possible answers - ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The higher the rating - the better.
What is NPS score?
NPS score represents likelihood your website users will recommend your website to their friends, family and colleagues. It is calculated with 3 specified questions that are asked at the end of a user session. It ranges from -100 to 100 with higher being better.
What is pre-test survey?
It's a quick verbal survey that evaluates your websites first impression. 3 quick questions are: 1. Look at this website for 5 seconds - what is it about? 2. What is the first thing you looked at when you landed here? 3. Does this website look trustworthy?
What is post-test survey?
Post-test survey is a quick survey performed at the end of usability test - verbally. it has 3 questions: 1.How easy did you find this website to use from 1-10? 2. What did you like most about this website? 3. What is 1 thing you would change?
Do you test mobile apps or games?
Yes, I do. On mobile I can test iOS and Android games. On tablet I can only test Android games.
Can I download videos?
Sure - I will provide you with a Google Drive link that's valid for 2 weeks.
Do you write reports?
Nope - takes too much time. All my suggestions and comments are in the video, so there is no need to write it down.
Do you only perform tests in English?
Yes, I only test English website and speak only in English.
