I am offering to realize your artistic vision as a Building Information Model. Over the course of my time as a BIM & CAD technician, i have provided documents for several projects, at varying stages of the design process. The sites are often on diverse types of environments with varying building codes and regulations, requiring an array of documents and sporting a wide range of building materials, which does make it challenging but not impossible, especially considering BIM. Past works include commercial, public, residential and industrial projects. Clients would provide with crucial information like the Site location, plot boundaries and documents like land surveys. Once i have all the information i can possibly gather i start virtually constructing the project and documenting everything from digging up the foundations to applying finishes.
