I will n8n, make, or zapier automation with airtable database sync
M Mohsin
Over deze dienst
Tired of manually checking every task, lead, and spreadsheet update yourself?
I build automation systems using n8n, Make, and Zapier with Airtable as
your synced business database so founders can review their entire business
routine in a 5-minute summary, instead of manually checking everything.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Multi-step workflows connecting your tools (CRM, forms, sheets, and more)
- Airtable set up as your automated, always-in-sync database
- Daily or weekly business summaries so you see what matters in minutes
- Error-handling built in with no fragile one-click templates that break
LET'S TALK FIRST:
I'm not in a rush to sell you a package. Message me and let's discuss your
actual business so I'll listen, understand your bottlenecks, and suggest
what's genuinely worth automating, like a partner thinking through your
business with you, not just a freelancer executing a brief.
WHY WORK WITH ME:
100% Job Success track record. I build systems that hold up under real use,
with clear documentation so you're never locked out of your own automation.

I help businesses find operational bottlenecks and automate repetitive manual work cost-effectively. I build data pipelines, lead pipelines, self-updating dashboards, and AI agents that take routine tasks off your team's plate so owners and founders run on systems instead of manual effort, with fewer wasted hours, fewer errors, and room to scale without hiring more staff.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need to know how to use n8n, Make, or Zapier myself?
No. I handle the entire setup so you just tell me what manual task or workflow is taking up your time, and I build the automation for you.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to the apps/tools involved (or a walkthrough of your current process) and a description of what you want automated. If you're not sure exactly what to automate, message me first so we'll figure it out together.
Will this work with the specific tools/CRM I use?
Most likely n8n, Make, and Zapier connect to thousands of apps between them, and I can build custom API/webhook connections for anything not natively supported. Message me your stack and I'll confirm.
Is my business data safe during this process?
Yes. I only access what's needed to build the automation, and I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive workflows.
What happens if the automation breaks after delivery?
I always provide a documented handover covering the 5 most likely breakpoints in your automation and exactly how you can resolve each one yourself so you're never stuck waiting on me for simple fixes.
Can you add more automations later as my business grows?
Yes as most clients start with one workflow and expand once they see the time saved. I can scope additional automations anytime.
