Implemented function/tool calling patterns and strict structured JSON response schemas (Pydantic v2) for frontend integrations across 3 production AI products, including fallback logic and edge case handling that eliminated a class of silent runtime failures. Built real-time WebSocket pipelines using asyncio + Redis Pub/Sub, reliably handling 30+ concurrent data streams in production — zero message loss during high-load broadcasts. Automated CSV/tabular data ingestion with Pandas: normalised multi-source exports into a unified queryable model with validation and computed KPIs, replacing weekly manual reporting for a client's management team. Worked directly with clients on API contracts: scoped deliverables, proposed technical solutions, and delivered production-ready features with logging, observability, and error recovery.
