Over mij
I build business systems that run themselves.
I designed and shipped a live 33-screen CRM and AI sales agent: five lead channels, AI conversations with staff takeover, driver dispatch, one-tap renewals, automated documents and payments - one operation, running every day.
I now build the same systems for clients: AI agents that answer, qualify and book; custom CRMs shaped around how your team works; document engines; and end-to-end workflows with retries, logging and alerts.
Tell me the process that eats your week. I'll tell you honestly if it can be automated.

Automation Engineer
Aug 2025 - Present • 1 yr 2 mos
Built a production CRM and AI sales agent for a service business: five lead channels, AI conversations with human takeover, driver dispatch, one-tap renewals, automated documents and payments. The same work runs from a Telegram bot, so staff operate everything from their phone without opening the CRM. I now build the same systems for clients.
Operations & Dispatch
Mar 2021 - Aug 2025 • 4 yrs 5 mos
Ran the operation manually for four years: handled incoming leads, assigned and tracked dispatch, renewed clients and prepared the paperwork by hand. Then documented every step and built the automation that replaced it, which is why the system fits the real job instead of an imagined one.
