I started my journey as a Junior Video Editor, where I learned the fundamentals of editing, pacing, and working with different types of content. After 6 months of consistent performance and improvement, I was promoted to Senior Video Editor. As a Senior Editor, I handled more complex projects, took responsibility for maintaining quality, and worked closely with clients’ requirements and brand styles. Later, I was promoted to Creative Director, where I led creative decisions, guided the editing style, and ensured the final content matched the overall vision. I also mentored intern editors, teaching them how to edit videos, improve storytelling, and maintain professional editing standards.
