Owned GTM systems and execution for two food-export brands (Gramarhein and Minzelis): customer acquisition and international market development across 32 countries. Designed and built an 8-agent outbound system (the Partner Intelligence Engine) covering signal discovery, lead discovery, qualification, company research, contact research, personalised prospectus creation and outreach drafting, using Claude Code, Clay, Apollo, Bright Data, Supabase, HubSpot and GitHub. Built a 32-country source file and intent-signal engine that scores and routes leads by weighted, decaying buying signals. Ran content, lead generation, outreach and deliverability, and built the brand content production system that served as the trust layer behind outbound.
