Worked as a Software Developer building and improving internal solutions focused on digitalizing commercial and administrative processes. Contributed across both frontend and backend development, working with APIs, databases, integrations, and production systems. Developed features for a customer management and loyalty ecosystem composed of a tablet application for field promoters, an administrative dashboard, and a customer-facing web application. The platform supported customer data imports from Excel, route assignment and management, visit tracking, commercial data updates, QR-based workflows, validations, and operational monitoring. Worked extensively with REST APIs, SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation, audit logs, and synchronization processes involving both local and remote databases. Also contributed to corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing systems, debugging production issues, improving business logic, and ensuring that changes did not affect existing functionality. Collaborated on deployment and infrastructure tasks, including Docker-based environments, remote servers, Git workflows, and testing of features before release.
