1. Do you install Xray or configure an existing Xray environment?
I can help with both a new Xray setup and the optimization of an existing configuration. Xray licenses and Jira subscriptions must already be available or purchased by the customer.
2. Do you create test cases as part of the Gig?
The focus of this Gig is Xray test management setup and configuration. I can create sample tests to demonstrate the process, but large-scale business test case creation is not included and can be quoted separately.
3. Should we use one central Xray project or tests inside our existing Jira projects?
Both approaches are possible. I will review your Jira structure, test reuse, permissions and reporting requirements and help define the most suitable approach for your environment.
4. Can you configure Xray automation?
Basic Jira automations can be included depending on the selected package. Advanced Xray API, GraphQL, CI/CD or integration automations require a separate scope and custom offer.
5. Can you improve an existing Xray implementation?
Yes. I can review existing Tests, Test Sets, Test Executions, Test Plans, workflows, traceability, reporting and automation and recommend or implement improvements within the agreed scope.
6. Do you provide training?
Yes. Standard includes a short handover and Premium includes up to 60 minutes of guidance or training for your team. Additional training sessions can be ordered separately.
