Yes, 100%. The platform satisfies all 6 requirements of the 21st Century Cures Act §12006 (service type, individual served, caregiver, date, GPS location, and timestamps). For HIPAA, it features role-based access control (RBAC), end-to-end encryption, and an immutable SHA-256 audit log tracking.
Will this integrate with state EVV aggregators like Sandata or HHAeXchange?
Yes. CareBridge includes pre-formatted export pipelines for state EVV aggregators (including Texas Sandata, HHAeXchange, Tellus, and Netsmart). If your state requires specific API webhooks or custom CSV/JSON schemas, we can configure them in the Standard and Premium packages.
How does the caregiver mobile app work in areas with no cellular reception?
The mobile app is engineered with an offline-first local SQLite database. Caregivers can clock in, complete ADL care task checklists, log vitals, and capture digital signatures even with zero internet. The app securely queues all encrypted data and automatically syncs.
Can I submit insurance claims (Medicaid, Medicare, Private Payors)?
Yes. The billing engine generates standard ANSI ASC X12 EDI 837P (Professional) electronic claim batches directly from verified EVV visits. It also includes an EDI 835 Remittance Advice (ERA) parser to automatically reconcile payments, write-offs, and co-pays against patient ledgers.
Can the mobile app be published to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store?
Yes. The mobile app is built with Google Flutter 3.x for native iOS and Android performance. In the Premium package, I deliver the compiled Android APK/AAB and configured iOS Xcode project ready for submission using your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.
