I've been turning ideas into software that holds up for 18 years. At Armonia, which I founded and where I'm CTO, we run products in production: HR for small companies, a management tool for investment funds, a CMS and an app for doctors and patients. I know what a first version really needs and what can wait.
You send me your idea. We talk it through on video, then I write your MVP scope: the features in, the features out, the order to build them, the main technical choices and the risks to watch. It is written so a developer or agency can quote it and start.
I don't build the product. I give you the plan a builder needs. English or Italian, CET hours.
