Over deze dienst
Ik maak de circuit en schema's voor jouw elektronica project. Het maakt niet uit of je alleen een eerste idee hebt of al een eerste ontwerp of prototype hebt gemaakt.
Als alles klaar is, ontvang je alle bronbestanden. Indien nodig maak ik ook het PCB-ontwerp voor jouw circuit inclusief productiebestanden die klaar zijn om naar een board fabrikant te sturen.
De aangeboden service omvat:
- Analoge circuitontwerp - Weerstanden, condensatoren, inductoren, diodes, transistors, (MOS)FETs, OPAMPS, enz.
- Digitale circuitontwerp - Microcontroller, logische poorten, decoder, tellers, multiplexers, flip flops en andere IC's

Wat zijn de stappen van een eerste idee tot een produceerbaar PCB-ontwerp?
Het proces begint met het bepalen van de eisen en beperkingen, gevolgd door schema-ontwerp en componentkeuze. Daarna komt de PCB-layout en optimalisatie voor EMC en productie. Tot slot worden productieklare bestanden (Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place) voorbereid en kunnen prototypes getest worden.
