LitCommerce Multi-Channel Automation & Marketplace Integration (Squarespace)

Worked with a U.S.-based retailer to design and manage a multi-channel ecommerce automation setup using LitCommerce. The project focused on integrating a Squarespace store with multiple marketplaces, including Reverb and Bonanza, while preparing the catalog and workflows for future expansion to Amazon. I reviewed and optimized an existing LitCommerce setup with 700+ active products on Reverb, configured listing templates, automation rules, and synchronization logic to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and product data across channels. Key responsibilities included cleaning and validating SKUs, resolving listing errors related to missing images, pricing, and identifiers, and defining rules to ensure only sellable and approved products were synced. I also guided the client on marketplace requirements, brand restrictions, and approval considerations for Amazon before listing. In addition, I conducted live walkthroughs to align on SKU selection, channel-specific rules, and next-phase expansion. By the end of the engagement, the LitCommerce workflows were stabilized, Reverb listings were streamlined, Bonanza integration was prepared, and the account was structured for a controlled rollout to Amazon with selected brands.
