HızlıYOL technology has been working on AI solutions for banking, manufacturing, e-commerce, and reseller sectors. I managed more than 10 chatbot projects for operation, HR, Sales team, e-commerce in Canada, the USA, and Turkey. During these projects, I worked on strategical ChatBot development strategies, Conversational design experience, Live/AI planning, ChatBot continuous development strategy, and Data-centric Chatbot development experience. I developed a brand-new framework for ChatBot project development which is more effective than the standard ChatBot development approach. According to this framework, I am using data, human experience, and agile project management model for iterative and continuous development.
