Key projects: Built and deployed Laverie de la Residence (laverie-de-la-residence.com), a multi-tenant booking SaaS platform with online payment integration and a WhatsApp chatbot for a laundry service business. Designed a custom scheduling engine with anti-fragmentation logic to prevent wasted time slots between bookings of different durations. Collaborated with a research team to design and deploy SANAD, a collaborative platform for Arabic NLP researchers and students. The platform helps users discover datasets, tools, courses, and research content related to Arabic AI and NLP, while integrating intelligent systems to make interacting with that information easier. Key contributions: Backend development and server deployment for the platform. Built a multilingual Agentic RAG chatbot (Arabic, English, French) using hybrid retrieval, reranking, and a dual-LLM setup with Gemini and LLaMA models. Built an autonomous web scraping engine that discovers and validates 198+ AI/NLP sources, using LLMs for structured extraction and semantic deduplication. Contributed to a translation/summarization module and a CV-parsing module with adaptive processing pipelines. Stack: Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Qdrant, Elasticsearch, Redis, Celery, Docker.
