I am from Varanasi the spiritual capital of India. At the early age of 8, I began practicing Yoga as a way of life under the guidance of my Master. I have accumulated over 2500 hours of experience in Yoga. For the past 15 years I have been teaching Yoga professionally. I have instructed students from all backgrounds, from beginners with no knowledge in yoga to experienced Yogis. I also design and customized my lesson to cater to individual requirements.

Very good class for a beginner. The teacher is easy to work with and explains everything slowly. The affirmations he introduced at the start of the class made a big difference. This is a very good start for my yoga journey - will repeat.
