Worked with a growing ecommerce brand to restructure and optimize an existing Shopify store that had become difficult to manage due to disorganized collections and inconsistent product categorization. Conducted a full store architecture audit to identify issues affecting navigation, product discovery, and catalog scalability. Based on this analysis, developed a new collection framework and product taxonomy that grouped items logically while allowing the catalog to expand without structural limitations. Implemented improved navigation systems designed to guide customers efficiently through product categories and collections. Product page layouts were standardized to maintain consistent information presentation and enhance brand professionalism. Backend organization systems were also introduced, including structured tagging frameworks and clear product management processes that simplify the ongoing maintenance of the store. The final result was a streamlined and scalable Shopify store that enables the business to manage its catalog more effectively while providing customers with a clearer and more intuitive shopping experience.
