Welke bestanden ontvang ik na bestelling?
Je krijgt Gerber-bestanden, drill-bestanden, schema, BOM, Pick & Place, 2D-afbeeldingen, 3D-renderingen en STEP-bestanden — volledig geformatteerd voor JLCPCB en PCBWay. Alles wat je fabrikant nodig heeft om je board meteen te produceren.
Kun je PCBs ontwerpen voor ESP32, STM32 of Arduino?
Ja. Ik ontwerp regelmatig PCBs voor ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Arduino en RP2040. Van eenvoudige IoT-sensorknooppunten tot volledige ontwikkelplaten met USB, SPI, I2C en UART — ik verzorg het schema-ontwerp en de PCB-layout van begin tot eind.
Gebruik je Altium Designer of KiCad?
Ik werk met Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA en Proteus. Ik kan een bestaand project voortzetten in jouw favoriete tool en lever native bestanden plus Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place en STEP exports bij elke opdracht.
Zijn Gerber-bestanden compatibel met JLCPCB en PCBWay?
Elk ontwerp wordt vóór levering gecontroleerd volgens de DFM-richtlijnen van JLCPCB en PCBWay. Afstanden, boorformaten en koperdiktes worden allemaal geverifieerd. Voor JLCPCB-assemblage bereid ik ook BOM- en CPL-bestanden voor in hun vereiste formaat.
Kan ik beginnen met een ruwe schets of handgetekend schema?
Ja. Deel je concept, blokdiagram of referentiecircuits en ik bouw eerst een compleet schema, vraag je goedkeuring, en ga dan verder met de PCB-layout. Jij houdt de controle voordat er Gerber-bestanden worden gemaakt.
Heb ik een multilayer PCB nodig voor mijn project?
Als je ontwerp een hoge componentdichtheid heeft, hoge-snelheidssignalen bevat of speciale power- en groundplanes nodig heeft — ja. STM32, USB-hubs, HDMI en RF-modules hebben meestal 4+ lagen nodig. Stuur me een bericht en ik adviseer je over de juiste stackup.
Hoe plaats ik mijn bestelling correct?
Stuur me een bericht voordat je bestelt. Deel het doel van je circuit, aantal componenten, voorkeur voor lagen, afmeting van de board en de gewenste fab. Ik bevestig de juiste verpakking en planning zodat je PCB-ontwerp vanaf dag één goed wordt ingeschat.
Hoeveel revisies biedt u aan?
Basic omvat 1 revisie, Standard 2 revisies, en Premium onbeperkte revisies. Revisies omvatten layoutwijzigingen, tracéherindeling, herplaatsing van componenten en DRC-fixes. Grote scope-wijzigingen kunnen een aparte opdracht vereisen.
Kun je een bestaande PCB reverse engineeren?
Ja. Deel foto's of gedeeltelijke documentatie van je bestaande board en ik reconstrueer het schema en maak een nette, bijgewerkte PCB-layout. Handig voor legacy hardware, gestopte boards of herontwerpen die verbetering nodig hebben.
Wat maakt jouw PCB-ontwerpen klaar voor productie?
Elk layout voldoet aan DRC- en ERC-controles, controle op clearance en DFM-beoordeling volgens de regels van de fab. Via-groottes, silkscreen, koperdistance tot rand en impedantie worden allemaal gecontroleerd zodat je board bij de eerste keer goed werkt.
