What are the basic things I need to get your logo designed
Your brand name/company name, your slogan, your favorite colour and a brief about your company...
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we have a refund policy in the following situation: if you don’t like the first concept without asking for any additional new concepts, we can proceed with a mutual cancellation and you will be refunded. Else, if you request changes to the designed concept, we will modify it but no refund!.
Do I have full legal rights for the logo design?
Yes you do, even with the basic package, we are releasing all the file format including .ai So you can see our service is unbeatable. No extra charges!!!
What do I get for unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions means you will get unlimited changes to the original concept(s) finally chosen (color changes, shape changes, font changes), not unlimited new logos. So you will get unlimited revisions to a design, not unlimited new concepts. So please understand very well before you order!!!
How many delivery is required from me?
Two delivery is required from me... The first delivery: I will deliver the concepts which you a re going to choose from The second deliver: I will finally design the chosen concepts out, and this is the final design, then modifications (revisions) can now follow on the final designs
What time does it take you to deliver?
All the gig package has its delivery duration attached to them, those duration stand for first delivery (Concepts on a paper), once a concept is finally chosen, a 24 hours is added to deliver the final design. Please if you do not understand this, kindly contact us. Thank you
