Over deze dienst

Most 3D floor plans are just one picture. I give you the picture AND a link your buyers can open on any phone or laptop: they see the whole home from above, then step inside and look around every room in 360°.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Furnished 3D floor plan image (4K)
  • Interactive 3D tour link: dollhouse view, walk room to room, 360° look-around, clickable mini-map. No app or plugin needed.
  • Room images and a walkthrough video (Standard / Premium)

PERFECT FOR

Real estate listings, developer pre-sales, rental hosts, interior designers and home owners planning a renovation.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Send your floor plan (PDF, JPG, CAD or a sketch with sizes)

2. Tell me your style and colours, or pick from my style sheet

3. I build the 3D model to your real dimensions and furnish it

4. You get the image + live link, with revisions included

WHY ME

  • True to scale: walls, doors and windows exactly as your plan
  • Clean, realistic furniture, no AI-guessed rooms
  • Photoreal 4K renders available as an extra

3D floor plans, 3D tours, photoreal renders, Flutter apps I'm a software developer who builds in 3D. My team turns 2D floor plans into true-to-scale, furnished 3D floor plans and interactive 3D tours that open in any browser: your buyers walk inside every room and look around in 360°. We also make photoreal Blender renders and walkthrough videos for real estate agents, developers and interior designers. Before 3D, I spent 3+ years building Flutter apps (ride-sharing, e-commerce, IoT). That is why our tours are fast, smooth and work well on phones. Send me your plan and let's talk.
