This is a basic research gig focused on sources that are available on the internet. I am able to provide research on virtually any topic, whether it's information about local businesses, healthcare services, education, the local economic, or government. As long as I can find it somewhere on the internet, I can do it.
Research results are normally provided in note format, usually in Word, consisting of a combination of written summaries, excerpts from sources, and links to those sources. If the research is entirely data-based, then delivery in an Excel format is an option.

What makes me a PRO seller?
I have been certified as PRO seller because of my background as a news reporter, including three years as a newspaper reporter and five as an investigative reporter. I also studied journalism in college and have taken a number of professional development courses in writing.
What can you expect to receive from me?
Research is typically either delivered in a note format, with written summaries, excerpts, and links to sources, or in an Excel format. Excel makes sense if the research involves creating a list or compiling data.
What is the difference between the packages?
The Backgrounder is really for just simple projects. The Intensive Sweep is for medium-sized projects and The Exhaustive Report is for the largest ones. It's best to reach out to me first to discuss your project and determine what package is the best fit.
Do I do research for political candidates or campaigns?
I will consider these clients on a case-by-case basis. Message me to find out more!
Do I do research for students?
In general, I do not do any work for school papers. However, in some instances some limited research may be possible. Message me for details.
How do I do my research?
I will examine publicly available databases and records and other online sources. In some cases I might have access to nonpublic databases as well. It depends on the topic being researched.
