Do I need to have a VPS already?
Yes, you need a Linux VPS with root access. If you don't have one yet, message me and I'll help you choose a suitable option.
Which operating systems do you support?
aaPanel works on Linux only, such as Ubuntu, Debian or AlmaLinux. Please message me with your OS and version before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Can you install aaPanel on a server that already has websites?
I recommend a fresh server. Installing aaPanel on a server with other panels or websites can cause conflicts and break existing sites.
What access will you need?
I need root access to install aaPanel. For your security, I recommend adding a temporary SSH key for me. After delivery, you remove it and change your root password.
Will my server be secure?
Yes. I set a private panel entrance, a custom port, strong credentials and SSL for the panel. Insecure services like FTP stay disabled. The Premium package also includes firewall rules and backups.
What will I receive at delivery?
A working aaPanel server and a clear report of everything configured, plus simple guidance on how to use your panel.
Will you manage my server after delivery?
This gig covers installation and initial setup. Ongoing management is not included, but you can message me to discuss your needs.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
Contact me within 7 days after delivery and I'll fix any issue related to the work I delivered.
