Veelgestelde vragen
What's your standard/included revision policy?
Every job is delivered with stylistic options, unless a "single, clean pass" is specified, giving post production teams autonomy in editing. Additionally, every job comes included with a single "pickup" or patch revision on select lines. Full re-reads billed incrementally.
Can I get rush audio? How much extra is it?
Absolutely; pulling the delivery date forward costs $50 per day to the maximum of $150 for same-day "RUSH" delivery (within six hours or less including any pickups/patches).
How do your usage rights work?
Commercial rights are required for all orders and include one year basic web use and offline event use. Any other usage is incrementally added to the order, like paid or unpaid social media use or television/radio broadcast use (market rates, may vary).
The video is only going on my company's website; why do I need commercial asset rights?
The term "commercial" used in this context means "for business use" and should be treated as such.
Do you offer usage "in perpetuity"?
Yes; perpetuity buyouts can be brokered directly. Also, basic commercial rights (website use) is considered "in perpetuity" as the original upload doesn't need to be removed or pulled once the term expires. Paid/promoted content is separate and does not apply here.
Can I still get a pickup/patch/revision if the order closes?
Absolutely; in many cases, projects have large, external approval chains of multiple stakeholders - and that takes time. Every order comes with an included patch revision and if the order closes automatically, this will still be honoured. Just ask!
Does your standard price include music?
No, but royalty-free music can be included in the mixdown for an amount, upon request.
Can I get the "master" (unedited, raw) track for the capture session?
Yes, but please indicate this need BEFORE capture, at the start of the job, or I may be unable to accommodate the request.
What format and quality do you provide by default?
I capture and sell stereo .wav audio at 32-bit float and 48hz by default. If for whatever reason you'd like a different format, please share this request at the top of the order, prior to capture. All audio undergoes a proprietary process of cleaning and equalizing to maximize fidelity.
Why do you sound better than other voice artists on Fiverr?
A naturally deep, smoky voice means less vocal strain and fewer modulations to reach a low register. I also use studio-level capture equipment, coupled with industry tools for levelling and cleaning, ensuring you're getting broadcast-calibre audio with every purchase.
