Conduct a Double Materiality Assessment, considering both impact materiality and financial materiality.

Create a professional Double Materiality Matrix and briefly explain the positioning.

Develop 34 focused, realistic improvement measures directly linked to the DMA.

Include measurable KPIs/targets for the recommendations.

Assess whether Costco can realistically improve from BBB to A, with AA/AAA as a longer-term goal.

Prepare the final 3-page / 12,000-character report with APA citations and references.
