I run a Microsoft-ecosystem practice delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. Since 2023 my main engagement has been a long-running mission for a listed shopping-centre operator, on the CRM that manages its retail tenants. What I delivered there: an API integration between Dynamics 365 CE and a third-party application, architected end to end; an automated GDPR data purge; CI/CD releases, security roles and N2/N3 support. Earlier work covers luxury watchmaking (automatic lead capture from a public website into the CRM, Canvas apps for in-store sales teams) and property development (two CRM implementations, on-premise and online). I work across the full project cycle, from business workshops and specifications through development, testing, deployment and end-user training.
