Learning & Development Coordination: Assisting the L&D Manager with meeting strategic targets across many aspects of the business, including the design, delivery and logistics of internal development programmes. This included creating and updating guides, slide decks and materials to ensure accuracy and relevance, and facilitating sessions ranging from essential life skills for apprentices to training on systems, processes and policies for both business support and client advisory teams. Onboarding & Early Careers Support: Overseeing the induction process, which included coordinating with HR and IT to ensure a smooth first day, welcoming new joiners to the firm and acting as their ongoing point of contact. Operational Responsibilities: Managing shared mailboxes and calendars, scheduling internal and external sessions. Creating SOPs for team and firmwide operations. Managing large data sets, organising information, analysing data on Excel and reporting on insights.

General Admin: Booking of training courses for colleagues, keeping records updated in MS Excel spreadsheets. Data entry tasks, cleaning up historic logs and updating records. Onboarding & Early Careers Support: Creating induction schedules for new starters based on role and department, liaising with line managers to ensure schedules are accurate and plans are in place. I also contact new starters directly to confirm logistics of their induction, answer queries and chase pre-start date requirements where necessary. Coordinating induction presenters and setting up calendar invites. Systems/Processes Training: Providing training for business support teams on our systems and processes and being a point of contact for systems-based queries.

Drafting letters to clients and other firms. Creating new clients and matters on the firm’s Practice Management System. Large data entry tasks and keeping logs updated.
