What kind of products do you film?
Pet products, specifically for dogs and dog moms. This could be dog gear, accessories, grooming food, supplements, or clothing.
Do you return product?
No, products are not returned after content is created. If a return is required, it may be possible for an additional fee—please reach out before ordering to discuss.
How quickly do you delivery videos?
Delivery is made within 4-5 business days - if there is physical product involved, delivery will be extended to account for shipping of the product to me.
Do you control the placement of the Amazon Influencer videos?
I do not. Amazon fully controls the video placement. However, if there are fewer than 10 influencer videos associated with the product page, the odds are high that my video will be added to either the top or bottom video carousel.
Can I use your video for my own marketing or advertising, on or off Amazon?
No, you may not. Amazon Influencer videos are licensed specifically for use on Amazon only, so reposting them elsewhere can create licensing issues. Also, this request would fall under UGC (user-generated content), which is a separate service with its own fee and usage rights. See my other gigs.
