Do both creators appear in every video?
Yes. This gig is specifically for couple-based content, so both of us will appear unless we agree on a different setup before the order.
Can you write the script and concept?
Yes. Script and concept development are included in the Premium package. The Basic and Standard packages are based on a buyer-provided script, although we can make small wording adjustments so the delivery feels natural
Can you create content for paid ads?
Yes. The packages include 3 months of usage rights. Longer usage periods can be added as an extra or arranged through a custom offer.
Do you accept physical products?
Yes. Please message us before ordering so we can confirm the shipping address, expected delivery date and production timeline. Delivery time starts after the product has arrived and all project information has been provided.
What does the included revision cover?
The included revision covers reasonable changes to the edit, captions or delivery within the originally approved brief. A new concept, major script change or reshoot requested after filming may require an additional fee.
Can you provide raw footage?
Yes. Raw footage can be included through a custom offer, depending on the amount and intended usage. The Basic package includes the agreed raw couple performance only, not all unused takes or production footage.
