What information do you need to start the project?
I need your brand name, tagline if applicable, business description, target audience, competitors, preferred style and colors, examples you like or dislike, and where the identity will be used. A clear brief helps me create a more relevant and strategic design.
What is included in the branding kit?
Depending on your package, the branding kit may include a primary logo, secondary logo, brand mark, color palette, typography system, logo usage guidelines, social media assets, stationery, patterns, and organized web, print, vector, and source files.
What is the difference between the three packages?
The Basic package provides a professional logo foundation. Standard includes a complete logo system, visual identity, and basic brand guidelines. Premium provides a complete branding kit with detailed brand guidelines, stationery, social media assets, and additional brand elements.
Will I receive editable source and vector files?
Standard and Premium packages include editable source and vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF, along with PNG and JPG formats. For the Basic package, the editable source file can be added as an extra.
What does a revision include?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the selected concept, such as changes to color, typography, spacing, layout, or minor design elements. A completely new concept or creative direction is not considered a revision.
Can you redesign or improve my existing logo?
Yes. I can refresh, modernize, or rebuild an existing logo and create a more consistent brand identity around it. Please message me before ordering and share the current logo and the changes you need.
Do you provide brand guidelines or a brand style guide?
Yes. Standard includes a basic brand guide, while Premium includes a more detailed brand style guide covering logo variations, colors, typography, spacing, usage rules, and brand applications.
Are the fonts included with the final delivery?
I normally recommend free commercial-use fonts or provide the font names and download information. If a premium licensed font is selected, the buyer will need to purchase the appropriate license separately.
Can you guarantee that the logo can be trademarked?
I create original custom designs, but trademark availability and legal registration cannot be guaranteed. I recommend conducting a trademark search or consulting a qualified legal professional before registration.
Can you create a custom branding package?
Yes. I can prepare a custom offer based on your required deliverables, such as packaging, presentation templates, social media graphics, additional stationery, or an extended brand guideline. Please message me with your requirements.
