Turn repetitive support questions into a working AI agent for your website.
I run HOST-C and work with AI-agent infrastructure, APIs and production hosting. My recent projects include a FastAPI/PostgreSQL agent platform, background workers, WHMCS integrations and monitoring.
Depending on your package, I will:
- Build a website FAQ agent using your approved content
- Connect documented APIs for authenticated live lookups
- Route uncertain requests to your team
- Require human approval for the agreed write action
- Deploy on your VPS with HTTPS, logs and a short handover
Limits: Basic 25 FAQs; Standard 50 FAQs and 1 read-only API (2 endpoints); Premium 100 FAQs, 2 APIs (4 endpoints total) and 1 approved write action.

Hosting, domains and paid AI/API subscriptions are additional. WhatsApp, voice, document RAG and multi-tenant platforms require a separate quote.

What do you need before work starts?
Approved FAQ content, the website platform, the required outcome, and access to one compatible VPS/domain and model account. API packages also need documentation, test data and a working authentication method. Arrange temporary, limited access securely after scope confirmation.
Can the agent access customer account or order information?
Standard and Premium can use the agreed authenticated API endpoints. The existing system must provide a supported authentication method and enforce each customer's permitted data access. Anonymous visitors only receive approved public information.
Can the agent modify or cancel something automatically?
Premium includes one agreed write action behind explicit human approval. For example, an operator reviews a ticket draft before it is created. Additional actions or autonomous business decisions need a separate scope.
Are hosting and AI usage included?
The package covers development and initial deployment. VPS hosting, domains, AI usage, paid API access and messaging subscriptions are separate ongoing costs paid through the client's accounts. Usage expectations are discussed before ordering.
Do you include WhatsApp, voice or document-based RAG?
These packages cover one website chat channel. WhatsApp, voice, retrieval over documents, complex booking logic, new SSO systems and multi-tenant platforms require a separate estimate.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
It should explain the limitation and use the agreed human contact route. The deliverable is tested against supplied examples, including unknown questions and failed API requests. AI answer accuracy cannot be guaranteed for every possible input.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the delivered content, wording or agreed workflow. New features, channels, API providers or a different business process are additional work. Maintenance after delivery can be arranged separately.
