Hello, my name is Björn. I'm a visual artist, illustrator, and art educator with twenty years of experience as a professional artist. Drawing is a lifelong passion of mine, and using the pen and ink technique offers an opportunity to focus on the use of lines and shapes to communicate an idea. Do you work digitally or with traditional media?
I use both! In most cases, working digitally offers the most efficiency and flexibility and looks very convincing, but traditional mediums offer a more organic feel. We can discuss this to figure out the best option.
How do you determine which price tier a project fits with?
It's all based on how time-consuming the illustration will be. This is determined by several factors, but mostly by how detailed the concept is and how many individual elements it contains. I recommend scheduling a video chat so that we can figure out the best solution for your project.
Do you need precise instructions of what to draw, or can you help me figure out what the imagery should consist of?
Many of my clients have a particular image in mind, while others aren't quite sure and want help developing a concept. I can work with either approach, but I value a collaborative process where I can work creatively, while achieving your vision for the project.
