Founded BN Technologies to design and build custom operational software for small businesses, focused on ERP systems, inventory management, and workflow automation. The work started from a real problem: as owner-operator of Square Pizza, I needed reliable systems for inventory, POS, and shift reconciliation that off-the-shelf software didn't fit well. I built that system myself, and it became the foundation for BN Technologies' first ERP product. Since then, built BakeryERP, a full-stack operations platform covering purchasing, recipe-based production, inventory transfers, POS, shift reconciliation, and reporting, with role-based access control across five user roles and a completed security audit. Also built SquarePizzaERP, a live production system running daily restaurant operations, including migrating its database from SQLite to PostgreSQL without disrupting service. Work spans Python/Flask backends, PostgreSQL data design, REST APIs, and n8n-based workflow automation layered on top of these systems.
