You need Commercial Rights if you use the voice over to support your product or service on non-paid marketing channels like youtube, instagram, facebook, podcasts, email campaigns, explainer videos, corporate promo, web page, etc

You need broadcast rights to use the voiceover in ANY way for marketing / advertising on PAID broadcast platforms like radio, tv, internet, video games, music streaming sites (for more info: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership) *MUST DM TO DISCUSS RATES**
