I will build direct booking hotel website hotel reservation wordpress website

Over deze dienst
Booking.com sends you guests, then keeps 15 to 18 percent of every stay. Your own site keeps all of it.
I build hotel, guesthouse and B&B booking websites on WordPress using plugins like Vik Booking or MotoPress Hotel Booking, sites that show live room availability, price by season and confirm the reservation automatically.
What you get:
- Room types with nightly rates and real availability
- Seasonal, weekend and long stay pricing rules
- Minimum stay, closed dates and arrival restrictions
- Deposits or full payment, in your currency
- Extras: breakfast, airport transfer, late checkout
- Automated confirmation and reminder emails
- Channel sync so OTA calendars stay in step
- Room search and filters guests actually use
Hotel booking is not appointment scheduling. It needs date range availability, per room inventory and nightly rates. I use the system that fits your property and tell you which licences you need before you buy any.
You get the site and the keys to it, so you never wait on a developer to close a date or change a rate.

Veelgestelde vragen
How long before my site is taking real bookings?
Four to ten days depending on package, counted from when you send room details and access. The slow part is usually waiting on photos and rates, not the build. Send those on day one and delivery holds.
What happens if a guest books a room I already sold on Booking.com?
That is exactly what channel sync prevents. Without it you are managing calendars by hand and double bookings are a matter of time. If you sell through OTAs at all, treat sync as essential rather than an upgrade.
My hosting is cheap shared hosting. Is that a problem?
Sometimes. Booking sites run live availability queries that basic shared plans handle badly once you pass a few room types. I check your hosting before starting and tell you if it needs upgrading, rather than building on something that will crawl in high season.
Do I need to know WordPress to run this afterwards?
No. Closing dates, changing rates and adding photos are done from a simple calendar screen.
Can I take bookings in one currency and get paid in another?
Usually yes, but it depends on your payment provider and country. Tell me where you are based and which gateway you use, and I will confirm before you order rather than discover it mid build.
