Overall positive transaction. -First time Fiverr user so I didn't know what to expect. Wish there was a better definition of "Social Media Package" to include details or labeled use/case examples. The whole process was super smooth, I didn't give her a lot to go on, but she nailed the logo for sure. I was very appreciative that she made it clear that the end result was that I liked my logo, and that we could revise and discuss it as much as needed to reach that point. The logo Jess provided was exactly what I needed. I gave her my existing logo and told her it just needed something more. It's always tough to work with a creator and to simply tell them "I don't know what it's missing, but I'll know when I see it." Jess ran with this and gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

I typically never work with designers on platforms like this one. Our main designer got sick and not able to design for us now. I found Jess and I will be definitely using her again and again. She was quick and efficient and understood what I was looking for based on what I sent her.

Jess has been excellent to work with. This was a challenging ask. We had a logo design we liked but, it wasn't complete. She had to rebuild the logo, then work out the refinements to make it a polished mark for our church. She saw the project through and delivered our original vision. Thank you, Jess!
