What will I receive at the end?
Deliverables depend on the package selected and may include a written assessment, workflow maps, identified bottlenecks, ownership gaps, prioritized recommendations, KPI suggestions, automation opportunities, and a phased action plan.
What information do you need from me?
I will need a brief description of the workflow you want reviewed, the people involved, the tools or systems currently used, and where you believe delays, missed follow-up, or confusion are occurring. After ordering, you will receive a structured intake questionnaire.
Will you need access to my business systems?
Usually, no. Most audits can be completed using your explanations, screenshots, sample reports, process documents, and a screen-sharing session. Please do not share passwords or sensitive customer information. If system access would be helpful, we will agree on a secure and limited approach first.
Do I need to already use AI or automation tools?
No. I begin with the workflow, not the technology. I will first identify what is breaking and whether the process is ready for automation. In some cases, clearer ownership, better documentation, or stronger CRM discipline may be more valuable than adding another tool.
Do you implement the recommendations?
This Gig focuses on assessment, process design, and a practical improvement roadmap. Implementation is not automatically included. After the audit, we can discuss a custom offer for documentation, training, project support, or coordination with a technical implementation partner.
Can you review more than five workflows?
Yes. Projects involving more than five workflows usually require a custom scope because the workflows may connect across multiple teams, systems, and stages of the customer journey. Please message me before ordering so I can recommend the right structure.
