I have always had a love for leading others and motivating people to achieve a shared goal. I became an Executive Director when I was 22 years old. I had an influential mentor and amazing opportunity that helped start and grow my career. Creativity, braveness, and humility have helped me achieve my goals today. I lead various levels and numbers of teams through project management, change management, and overall operations. I have been hiring, mentoring, and leading teams for over ten years.
