Werkervaring

Owner Operator

River City Remodel LLC • ZZP

Jul 2021 - Present • 5 yrs 4 mos

As the owner and operator of River City Remodel, I managed residential construction and remodeling projects from initial estimate through final completion. My work included custom renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, full-home updates, and exterior projects. I was responsible for both field execution and the financial performance of each project—giving me a complete understanding of how jobsite decisions impact profitability. Achievements: Improved project profit margins by implementing structured estimating and cost tracking systems Built standardized processes for estimating, sales, and project execution Established monthly financial reporting and job cost review practices Increased efficiency and decision-making through data-driven project analysis
